Located in downtown Columbia, on Main Street, Soda City Market is a weekly event. The market is inspired by European street markets. An average of 150 vendors are present each week.
- Location: Main Street, Downtown Columbia
- Hours: 9 AM – 1 PM, every Saturday. Year round, rain or shine.
The Blythewood Farmers Market features SC Certified vendors selling locally produced meat, vegetables and artisan crafts. Also featured are live music, kids activities and farming workshops.
- Location: 171 Langford Rd. (next to Town Hall)
- Hours: 4 PM – 7 PM, every Wednesday during the months of May – October
The Cayce Farmers Market sells a number of products — fresh produce, locally made honey, jellies and jams, salad dressings, and BBQ sauces. They also sell hot boiled peanuts that are made in-house each day. The market also sells items needed for landscaping — bedding plants, shrubs, soil and rocks/stones.

South Carolina State Farmers Market
At the SC State Farmers Market, consumers can shop year round for fresh produce, specialty products, and artisan items. The peak season for locally grown produce is April through early October.
- Location: 3483 Charleston Hwy, West Columbia
- Hours: Monday – Saturday, 6 AM – 9 PM; Sunday, 12 PM – 6 PM
Located in Hopkins, at Cottle Strawberry Farm, you have the option to pick strawberries yourself. If you’re not brave enough to go into the field, the staff will pick the berries for you. The farm also has roadside stands located throughout the Midlands – Harbison Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Forest Dr, Sandhills and Alice Dr. in Sumter.

- Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8 AM – 7 PM; Sunday, 10 AM – 6 PM
Heritage Fields Farm began with 2 rows in a home garden. It has now grown to over 6 1/2 acres. Over 30 types of vegetables are available every day throughout the year.
- Location: 10259 Broad River Rd. – Irmo
- Hours: Monday and Thursday – Saturday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM. Closed on Tuesday and Sunday.
