Several weeks ago, I came across the event for the grand opening of Lita’s Treats Cupcake Cafe. I started following them on social media and have been seeing their posts since then. I finally paid them a visit.
What I like about Lita’s Treats…
I’ve had cupcakes from other bakeries in the area. Some came from grocery store bakeries, while others came from locally owned bakeries. The young lady who prepared my order at Lita’s Treats said, “These are the best cupcakes around.” She was right! For the first time, I had something that tasted homemade. Cupcakes that I’ve had from other bakeries tasted like they were made with a cake mix. I’m quite sure some of them were. That isn’t the case with the cupcakes from Lita’s Treats. They aren’t too sweet, nor are they dry. They’re delicious!
Lita’s Treats serves a variety of cupcake flavors. Vanilla cupcakes are available everyday, along with several other flavors. Some of the other flavors are Lemon, Red Velvet and Banana Pudding.
